The absence of a Golden Record after submission is typically due to a halt in the certification process, which involves passing data through multiple staging tables (e.g., validated, enriched, matched, merged).
For a detailed understanding of the overall certification flow, refer to the provided link.
To investigate why your record is not visible, follow these steps:
Investigation Steps
Check Source Record Status: Search the Source Records table for the value you submitted.
If found, open the record and review the Status / Validation Messages and the Matched Golden / Contributing Sources fields for errors or match results.
Verify Certification Job Success: Check the Activity → Jobs/Processes logs to confirm that the Certification/Consolidation step has successfully completed recently.
Clear Pending Tasks: Review Drafts/Tasks and submit or approve any pending items that might be blocking the process.
Confirm Golden View: In the Golden Record view, ensure you have cleared all active filters and are currently looking at the correct entity/data set.
Trigger Batch Certification (If Applicable): If your data is processed in batch mode, you will need to run or trigger the certification job (or request an administrator to do so).
If this doesn't help, please raise a ticket with us and we can help you investigate.

Hello Gavin,
Furthermore, those 3 fields can't be displayed because they are not available in the view you are currently watching.
For example, if you are on golden view, SourceID and PublisherID can't be displayed.
Here is the documentation' section on the built-in attributes and their view accessibility:

When I attempt to "Create" a new record within the platform UI
It opens the form and I populate accordingly
However, the record doesn't reach the Golden Records view. Why is this?
