Semarchy Support and Maintenance Policy Changes

Delivering value to our clients and partners is important to us here at Semarchy and aligns with our core value of excellence. As part of our ongoing commitments, we're updating our release frequency and version support/maintenance policies.


Here is a quick summary of the changes:

  • We will perform quarterly releases of our products with new features. This will reflect into our release versions numbers which will now include the year and quarter. For example, the upcoming release of xDM and xDI  (formerly known as v6.0.0) will be 2023.1.

  • Releases will be indicated as Long-Term Support and Mainstream Support, which will define their maintenance and support lifecycle.

  • We have updated the Semarchy Standard Global Support Policy with new Product Releases and End of Support terms and an end of support/maintenance calendar for all product versions.

  • We have added more details to provide better transparency about our practices in general.
