To clarify, you can remove the Import Export, Mass-Update and Delete from a single record, but Delete, Mass Update, Import, and Export actions for multiple creations is limitation currently. We have an open MDM-13460 to address this issue.
Yes you can remove Mass-Update by removing it from the action set of the entity in question.

It is not working. There is export action present only.
When I edit one entity which belongs to two different form's modification. It is giving issue with second form.

Did you remove the Mass Update from the Zones Location Action Set?
Based on your screenshot Zones Location is a child entity of the current entity you are editing the form in. If you are still experiencing issues, create a support ticket and attach the model.

Was this ever resolved? I want to remove the Mass Update option from a child entity in a parent-child stepper.

Hello Jonathan,
This is still part of our backlog and not prioritized yet.
If you'd like us to provide more information to the product team to help prioritize it (new related customer, new use cases, business value...), then feel free to reach out to us.
If you'd be more confortable to do this over ticket, that is fine as well.
