DI-11471: Fixed an issue where reverse engineering some Excel files fails with the error `java.lang.NullPointerException`.
DI-11591: Actions: Fixed an issue with the **Operating System Command** action where the runtime treats multiple consecutive spaces between arguments as empty arguments, instead of correctly handling multiple spaces.
