As most of it is redacted, I'm not sure to understand what the issue is.
Is it the fact that the display card is cut?
If so, you should be able to find all those information either in the below fields or from the explain record matches details section:
Yes, the Display Card does not show entire value of the record name.
The name value displayed in the form as a form field also get cuts off
Is it also cut off in the details view?
Even in the Details view, the name is getting cut-off.
Is there way to show the full field value as a hover-over text in the Value tab as well as the Details view?
I did not see anything reported on the question.
So I'll go ahead and create a ticket on the subject so that we can do the needed actions to report to the product team.

I need to modify the Explain Record Form such that the values are completely visible.
Right now, some fields like the Name of each record as a Form field as well as in the fixed value(attached image) do not display complete value of the field. Is there a way to do this?
