I am trying to understand when a GH_ table gets a new record entry. A few that I could recognise- 1. when a user merges/splits a record. 2.when a user reviews a record(clicks on FINISH on Duplicate Manager)
Can someone help me understand what are the other situations that would lead to a new record entry in the gh table

Hello Aishwarya,
Generally speaking, as soon as a record is processed / re-processed, then an entry is created in the GH table.
So it can include any data integration / data steward action.
