Yes, you can configure import through data driven workflow.
Even though you won't land directly on the import screen, still the option will be possible in the collection.
To do so you'll need to select the cardinality to 'Multi Record':
And then from the collection opening when you start the workflow, you'll have the import option:
Hope that helps.
Have a good day

Hello Supriya,
As workflows are based on steppers and it is not available for steppers, then no.
This is due to the fact that during a stepper you are in the middle of authoring (creating/editing records).
But those dups actions are data stewardship ones that needs to happen on processed masters/goldens.
Hence why those actions are not available in a stepper nor in a workflow.

Hi Alexia,
Thank you for the clarification.
Could you please guide me on how we can enable a merge process through a workflow, so that:
A Data Steward can review duplicate candidates
Approve or reject merging
And the Business User can then actually perform the merge action as part of the workflow?
If merge actions cannot be executed from a workflow step, what is the best practice to enable users to merge duplicates as part of a controlled approval process?
Thank you.

Hello Supriya,
This is not a feature currently possible, but we do have an internal request on it.
If you'd like me to open a ticket in your name to communicate its reference, I can.
And there you'll be able to communicate your company, so that I can add it as a related customer in this request.
Please let me know, if you'd like to do so.
Have a good day.

Currently user task in workflow only enable user to add/edit the data in attribute level.
Wondering if there is any approach that enable user to import excel file, going through the workflow and send it to data steward to review it.
