In my workflow I have an email automation object. The "Content Type" is set to 'HTML - Preformatted'. When the email is sent to the recipient there is an auto generated link in the email to the Semarchy application.
This issue I'm having is that the link is incorrect and creates a '500 Internal Server Error. It inserts an extra '/' in the link.
If I manually remove one of the slashes and hit enter, it then launched the application.
Has anyone else had this issue? We are on Version 2024.2.0
Thanks,

Hello Matthew,
This might have happened because of the wrong server URL set in the Global Configuration or due to an extra forward slash present at the end of the url
can you please check in the Global configuration and set the right URL
I have tried reproducing your issue on the same xDM version (2024.2.0) as you mentioned, but it works fine for me
The link is correctly generated
can you clear your tomcat and browser cache and try again once after restarting the tomcat
Thanks
