In the business view filter section the "Form" filter shows both display card of the referenced attribute and Foreign ID of the same attribute, can we remove one of them from the form filter?

The 'Form' filter is a built-in search type and is not customisable: none of the fields can be removed.
To define your own search parameters you can configure a custom Search Form.
