Symptom


When the Semarchy designer start, the error message "The license has been tempered" pop-up appears. Sale after a reinstall the problem is still there.


Solution


If the Designer is running on a Windows OS, you could try the following procedure:

1)Stop the Designer

2)Open the Registry Editor:



3) Then delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs\com\semarchy\xdi\designer\preferences\license folder from the registry :



4) Finally, start the Designer and enter once again your license key.
