When you are prompted to LOG IN
- Click on the SIGN UP tab
- Fill-in all relevant information and click on the SIGN UP button
- You will receive an email to confirm that it's you. In the email, click on "Confirm my email"
- You have been signed up, you can use the credentials defined in step 2 on the LOG IN screen now
