Hello - When modifying my 'setenv' Windows Batch File and running my 'startup' file, I still am not able to download/open the xDM software.
I would like to speak with someone to resolve this issue.

The issue in your case was that you were missing all xdm.properties and the read-only user, as described in our statup configuration documentation : https://www.semarchy.com/doc/semarchy-xdm/xdm/2023.2/Install/startup-configuration.html#_startup_configuration_contents.
